SHIPPING, EXCHANGES & RETURNS

When your jewelry is available, you should receive your Gabriela Guanais creation within 3-5 business days after your payment is validated. If your jewelry needs to be ordered, we estimate a lead time of 6-8 weeks. Each creation is unique and handcrafted, so the delivery time may vary slightly.

Free international shipping. If your country is not listed in the shipping options at checkout, please contact a Gabriela Guanais advisor to arrange a special delivery.

If you wish to exchange or return your Gabriela Guanais creation, please contact us on our Contact page, including your order number.

You have 14 business days from the date you received your purchase to notify us of your intention to return or exchange your jewelry.

Bespoke creations cannot be exchanged or returned.

Please include all original items in your return package, including the invoice, packaging, accessories, and creation(s). Our secure courier will come to collect the return package from your location.

Once your return package has been received, a return confirmation email will be sent to you after confirming the eligibility of the return or exchange.
Gabriela Guanais reserves the right to refuse any return in the case of damage or other signs of use.
